Job Description

Marketing Project Coordinator ensuring seamless project operations across diverse marketing disciplines. Collaborating with teams globally to drive clarity and accountability in project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of marketing project workflows in Asana and Notion, keeping everything visible, accurate, and on track.
  • Partner across content, social, creative, email, co-op, and paid media to ensure deadlines are met and projects move seamlessly from start to finish.
  • Work closely with teams in Europe, Africa, and the Tropics, clearly communicating timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Maintain detailed project plans, track ownership, and ensure briefs, assets, approvals, and handoffs are completed on time.
  • Anticipate risks, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints before they slow progress—and escalate strategically when needed.
  • Lead project kickoffs, status updates, and follow-ups that keep work moving and teams aligned.
  • Provide marketing leadership with concise, actionable updates that make decision-making easy.
  • Identify process improvements that increase speed, clarity, and consistency across the marketing organization.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or operations—ideally in marketing or creative teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Asana and Notion.
  • Strong project tracking, documentation, and timeline management skills.
  • Comfort coordinating across multiple teams, departments, and time zones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with near-native fluency in English.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity.

Benefits:

  • High-impact role where your organization, problem-solving, and execution skills directly affect marketing success.
  • Exposure to multiple marketing disciplines, campaigns, and regions.
  • Collaborative, fast-moving, high-performance culture that values ownership and results.
  • Opportunity to help shape processes and systems that will scale as the team grows.
