Job Description
Sales & R&D Coordinator managing sales operations and product development for a dietary supplement company. Engaging with cross-department teams to ensure successful coordination and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and enter sales orders and quotes
- Keep customer records updated in a CRM/ERP system (Odoo is a plus)
- Track production timelines, shipments, and deliveries
- Communicate order updates to customers clearly and professionally
- Coordinate between Sales and R&D on new product development
- Complete and close Manufacturing Orders after QA approval
- Maintain organized documentation for R&D and customer projects
- Reconcile quantities, shipments, and invoices
- Keep documentation accurate and accessible
- Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, R&D, Production, QA, and Finance
- Support smooth workflow management across all departments
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or related areas
- English level: C1+/C2 (Required)✨
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo preferred; training available)
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or R&D environments
- Customer‑facing support or workflow management background
