Job Description
Project Coordinator at Big Red Rooster handling project quoting and client communications. Ensuring alignment with project objectives while contributing to a positive team culture.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project quoting, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines
- Identify issues in scope and communicate with the external & internal teams/installers/vendors/customers for resolution
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate through the proper channels
- Maintain accurate project documentation for PM communications to the customer
- Typically quote and place orders for brand conversion projects
- Collaborate with the team and supervisors to ensure the correct resolution of complex issues
- Use internal systems/reporting for most project initiatives
- Contribute to a positive company and team culture
- Manage Customer Support Team in box including phone and email requests
Requirements:
- 1-3 years working in a business environment
- General business background with working knowledge of principles, practices, and techniques of project management
- Strong analytical / problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and time management skills to be able to manage a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment
- Experience in customer service, construction, or branding is a plus
- BS or BA Degree, or similar experience
