Job Description
Project Manager guiding projects for Make-A-Wish from intake through delivery. Collaborating with creative teams to ensure high-quality results in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects from both a tactical and big‑picture perspective
- Strong problem‑solving skills, with a focus on improving processes, workflows, and team efficiency
- Ability to schedule, organize, and coordinate project efforts and resources effectively and thoughtfully
- Understanding of creative development processes across a variety of formats and channels
- Ability to facilitate productive discussions and clearly represent marketing and creative approaches to a range of stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
- Experience using data and reporting to communicate project status, key milestones, and performance indicators to leadership
- Ability to think creatively and critically while working collaboratively with diverse teams
- Experience in production and/or video management is a plus but not required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience required
- Requires 5+ years of experience in project management or account management
- Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects or accounts
- Experience in project management or account management within creative, marketing, or agency‑style environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required; experience with Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus but not required
