Job Description

Organizational Change Manager/Project Manager at Capio Group enhancing client IT systems by integrating a centralized database system. Focused on improving operational efficiency and regulatory responsiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct AS-Is and To-Be analysis for the process impacted by the implementation
  • Create and document OCM plan or strategy for the project
  • Assess project readiness for implementation and facilitate readiness communication
  • Conduct ADKAR assessment and develop remediation plans
  • Define OCM sponsorship and leadership roles and implement KPIs
  • Update Project’s Communication Management Plan and Strategy
  • Identify and train the client’s change agents needed for the project
  • Analyze persona-based needs and training requirements for the project teams
  • Develop a continuous improvement roadmap and establish reinforcement strategies

Requirements:

  • Five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools
  • Three (3) years of applying Project Management principles in a lead capacity
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Five (5) years supporting organizational change tied to IT implementations
  • Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
  • One (1) year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules
  • Ability to provide client/user end reference contact information for each project meeting the requirements
