Job Description
Organizational Change Manager/Project Manager at Capio Group enhancing client IT systems by integrating a centralized database system. Focused on improving operational efficiency and regulatory responsiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct AS-Is and To-Be analysis for the process impacted by the implementation
- Create and document OCM plan or strategy for the project
- Assess project readiness for implementation and facilitate readiness communication
- Conduct ADKAR assessment and develop remediation plans
- Define OCM sponsorship and leadership roles and implement KPIs
- Update Project’s Communication Management Plan and Strategy
- Identify and train the client’s change agents needed for the project
- Analyze persona-based needs and training requirements for the project teams
- Develop a continuous improvement roadmap and establish reinforcement strategies
Requirements:
- Five (5) years of broad, extensive and increasingly responsible experience applying Project Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools
- Three (3) years of applying Project Management principles in a lead capacity
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Five (5) years supporting organizational change tied to IT implementations
- Current Prosci Organizational Change Management Certification
- One (1) year of experience with Accela Civic Platform or Accela licensing and enforcement modules
- Ability to provide client/user end reference contact information for each project meeting the requirements
