Job Description
Project Manager responsible for integration of Pix API and ensuring regulatory compliance. Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate and monitor Pix integration projects, following the technical and regulatory standards of the BCB (Central Bank of Brazil).
- Manage schedules, risks, costs and delivery quality in an agile environment.
- Ensure implementation of features such as generation of dynamic and static QR Codes, management of billing and payments, refunds and MED.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols (OAuth 2.0, mTLS, digital certificates) and credential management.
- Coordinate integration with webhooks for real-time notifications and anti-fraud processes.
- Prepare status reports and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management within the financial sector (payments, credit, investments, etc.).
- Desired certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
