Job Description
Project Manager I responsible for managing clinical lab projects at Haemonetics. Requires planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget
- Engages resources and ensures quality control throughout projects
- Builds a knowledge base of each client's business, organization and objectives
- Seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Creates and executes work plans for projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors
- Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
- Holds regular status meetings with project team
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities
- Manages daily operational aspects of a project, including client expectations and interaction
- Reviews project deliverables prepared by team for clients
- Develops lasting relationships with client personnel that foster client ties
Requirements:
- BA, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology required
- Project Management certification preferred
- 3-5 years of clinical Lab experience
- Blood Bank experience required
- Ability to travel 50% - 75%
