Job Description

Project Manager II managing project schedules and documentation for Alkami, a digital sales platform provider. Leading project management tasks in a remote-first environment for banking clients

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules, defining deliverables based on the project scope.
  • Track and manage project milestones, customer-reported issues, and work with stakeholders to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including meeting minutes, agendas, and other necessary documents.
  • Regularly communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, MS Excel, and MS Word
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (25-30+)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as problem-solving abilities
