Job Description
Implementation Project Manager onboarding DME/HME providers onto NikoHealth’s SaaS platform. Managing configuration, data migration, training, and cross-functional launches through go-live.
Responsibilities:
- Own and manage a portfolio of customer implementations, driving on-time, on-scope go-lives and a high-quality onboarding experience
- Build relationships with key decision-makers and project stakeholders within the DME/HME industry
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones while managing scope, risks, and dependencies
- Lead kickoff calls and coordinate platform configuration, data migration, integrations, go-live, and post-launch handoff
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Support, and Product teams to resolve blockers and improve the implementation process
- Analyze project and adoption data to track progress, surface risks, and report status to customers and internal leadership
- Deliver training, best practices, and guidance to support customers' long-term success
- Monitor SaaS and DME/HME industry trends to anticipate implementation challenges and opportunities
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or project management within a SaaS company
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations and deliver projects on time and within scope
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Ability to align and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Data-driven and organized mindset
- Comfortable using project management and CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Smartsheet
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
