Job Description
Operations Manager overseeing systems, client delivery, and business development for a marketing agency. Seeking operational excellence and growth in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies across the business
- Help streamline communication, project management, reporting, and delivery operations
- Support implementation of scalable SOPs and operational best practices
- Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations across multiple departments
- Collaborate with client service and fulfillment teams to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Ensure projects and deliverables remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company standards
- Assist in developing and optimizing business development systems and outreach processes
- Support sales model development, pipeline management, and growth initiatives
- Help identify new opportunities for operational scale and revenue growth
- Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution
Requirements:
- 3+ years as an operations professional within a marketing, digital, creative, or service-based agency
- Strong operational leadership with exposure across client delivery, marketing, and business development
- Experience improving systems, workflows, and team processes in growing businesses
- Understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and operational efficiencies is highly preferred
- Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams in a hands-on environment
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to balance strategy with execution
