Job Description

Operations Manager overseeing systems, client delivery, and business development for a marketing agency. Seeking operational excellence and growth in a remote environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and improve internal systems, workflows, and operational processes
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven efficiencies across the business
  • Help streamline communication, project management, reporting, and delivery operations
  • Support implementation of scalable SOPs and operational best practices
  • Oversee and support day-to-day agency operations across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with client service and fulfillment teams to improve efficiency and customer experience
  • Ensure projects and deliverables remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with company standards
  • Assist in developing and optimizing business development systems and outreach processes
  • Support sales model development, pipeline management, and growth initiatives
  • Help identify new opportunities for operational scale and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and execution

Requirements:

  • 3+ years as an operations professional within a marketing, digital, creative, or service-based agency
  • Strong operational leadership with exposure across client delivery, marketing, and business development
  • Experience improving systems, workflows, and team processes in growing businesses
  • Understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, and operational efficiencies is highly preferred
  • Comfortable working closely with founders and leadership teams in a hands-on environment
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to balance strategy with execution
