Job Description
Project Manager focusing on Microbiology in close collaboration with clients and departments at Dedalus. Steering and implementing projects effectively for healthcare improvement and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Independently manage and execute projects related to our product Opus::L in close coordination with customers and internal specialist departments
- Identify project risks early and develop and implement appropriate mitigation measures
- Oversee project controlling, including preparation of project reports for customers and department management
- Support customers throughout the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to go-live, including on-site support
- Assist with proposal preparation in close collaboration with the various teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration (or related field), preferably with a focus on healthcare or healthcare management; alternatively, vocational training in healthcare with several years of professional experience
- Several years' experience with medical laboratory processes—particularly microbiology—in a hospital setting, as well as experience in healthcare IT project management; project management certification is desirable
- Experience with Opus::L or other Laboratory Information Systems is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with a careful working style and high quality standards
- Flexible, customer-oriented approach to daily tasks
- Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with software tools such as Confluence and Shell is a plus
- Fluent German and good command of English
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
