Job Description
Project manager at Digistore24 managing resource planning and implementation of complex marketing projects. Collaborating with teams to ensure project success in a fully remote setup.
Responsibilities:
- You independently plan, manage and execute complex marketing projects — from resource planning to on-time delivery.
- You assess risks, prioritize tasks and make informed decisions to maximize project impact.
- You ensure transparent coordination with all stakeholders, document projects in clear roadmaps, and make sure responsibilities, objectives and deadlines are clearly defined.
- You produce KPI-based reports, identify optimization opportunities and translate learnings into future projects.
- Depending on experience, you support junior project managers, provide feedback and foster their professional and personal development.
Requirements:
- Solid project management expertise: You use traditional and agile methods confidently, plan projects in a structured way and manage them efficiently with common project management tools through to successful completion.
- Structured, solution-oriented thinking: You keep an overview even with complex tasks, set priorities and find pragmatic solutions with attention to both the big picture and the details.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit: You communicate clearly and reliably in German and English and ensure smooth collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical and data-driven working style: You use metrics deliberately to make project success measurable, identify correlations and implement improvements.
- Curiosity and eagerness to develop: You learn quickly, actively share your knowledge within the team and help others grow professionally and personally.
