Job Description
Manager, North America Digital Brand Manager responsible for digital merchandising strategy execution. Overseeing SKU launches and campaign merchandising for outdoor brands at Stanley Black & Decker.
Responsibilities:
- Execute SKU launches, removals, and lifecycle updates for assigned brands/categories.
- Ensure products are properly syndicated, enriched, localized, and published.
- Grow organic product visibility by implementing merchandising best practices.
- Implement merchandising rules across search, navigation, PDPs, and collections.
- Execute campaign merchandising including promotional placements and collections.
- Conduct merchandising tests and analyze results to inform optimization.
- Monitor KPI performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner with brand activation, content managers, analytics, and country teams on execution.
- Ensure adherence to global governance, brand, and SEO standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field
- 5–7 years of experience in digital merchandising or ecommerce execution
- Experience working with CMS, PIM and Analytics platforms
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple workflows in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with global or regional ecommerce teams
- Familiarity with digital merchandising and search platforms
