Job Description
Project Manager responsible for leading consulting programs and government projects communication. Overseeing project phases and ensuring compliance with requirements and PMO standards.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates the daily workflow of the project team
- Driving the requirements process through a structured project lifecycle
- Ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Directs the daily activities of Business Analysts, Data Analysts, and Technical Analysts
- Manages team assignments and task distribution
- Develops and maintains detailed project schedules
- Manages the transition between project phases
- Produces comprehensive status reports
- Ensures all project activities meet specific compliance standards
- Acts as the primary point of contact between technical teams and high-level business stakeholders
- Proactively identifies project bottlenecks and escalates critical risks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience leading high-stakes consulting programs and managing large-scale IT or data services projects
- Professional Certification: Must be PMO or PMI (PMP) certified
- Proven experience or deep functional knowledge of navigating government agencies or highly regulated public sector environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage formal project lifecycles, Gantt charts, and complex dependency mapping
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams in a high-pressure, deliverable-based environment.
- Nice to have - finance transformation, billing, AR, collections knowledge
