Job Description
Project Manager ensuring customer satisfaction in Precision Diagnosis and Image Guided Therapy, focusing on relationship management and project execution in Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Play a vital role in building and maintaining trust-based relationships with customers in Poland
- Ensure continuity and strong local engagement through proactive communication
- Lead the execution of complex project tasks to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations
- Engage with customers on technical and operational matters, providing expert guidance
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Analyze project performance data to optimize outcomes and enhance customer value
- Evaluate project risks and changes requests, collaborating with project managers on mitigation strategies
Requirements:
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering
- Communicate confidently in Polish and English
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office
- Ideally have 2–3 years of experience working with construction companies
- Ability to work under time pressure, set priorities, resolve conflicts
- Ready for frequent business travel and on-site customer visits
- Must have a driving license as part of your role
