Job Description

IT Help Desk Support Engineer providing intermediate-level technical support for end-user hardware and software at Everbridge. Working remotely with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through deployment
  • Define project timelines, milestones, budgets, and success criteria
  • Lead requirements gathering and ensure documentation and deliverables are completed and approved
  • Track project progress and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, and budget
  • Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to leadership
  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve implementation challenges
  • Support project governance models defined by the customer
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements where needed
  • Act as a customer advocate within Everbridge and escalate issues when necessary
  • Collaborate with global teams across Europe, Asia, and the US, with occasional travel as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
  • Strong experience in a customer facing project management role
  • Experience delivering complex technical projects
  • Experience working with telecom or government customers is a plus
  • PMP certification (or CAPM) preferred
  • Ability to work in matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
  • Experience coordinating cross functional teams and resources
  • Knowledge of highly available systems, networking, security, or telephony
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and web based applications
  • Understanding of Business Continuity or Emergency Management practices is a plus
