Job Description

Projektleiter für Rauchabzugs-, Lüftungs- und Gebäudetechnik bei D+H, Anbieter innovativer Sicherheitssysteme. Steuerung technischer Bauprojekte in Nordrhein-Westfalen von Übergabe bis Abnahme.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage technical projects in smoke and heat extraction (SHE), ventilation, and building services engineering from handover of the order through acceptance
  • Take responsibility for quality, costs, timelines, and project documentation
  • Coordinate and align technically with customers, planners, construction managers, and other project stakeholders
  • Monitor client-provided services and ensure the agreed execution quality
  • Conduct site, property, and acceptance inspections
  • Work closely with field sales representatives, service managers, and service technicians
  • Identify deviations at an early stage and proactively manage the subsequent course of the project
  • Identify optimization potential and actively develop existing processes and procedures
  • Support projects from order handover through successful acceptance

Requirements:

  • Several years of professional experience in project management, construction management, or the coordination of technical projects, ideally in construction, electrical engineering, or building services
  • Experience with smoke and heat extraction systems (SHE), ventilation technology, fire protection, or building automation is an advantage but not required
  • Confidently manage complex project structures and diverse project stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the German Construction Contract Procedures (VOB)
  • Commercial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Structured, independent, and self-reliant approach to work
  • Strong communication and assertiveness, including on construction sites
  • Willingness to travel within your region
  • Ideally, an electrical engineering qualification, further training as a master craftsperson or state-certified technician, or experience with smoke extraction and ventilation systems; however, this is not a mandatory requirement
