Job Description
Project Manager for Telecom Networks Solution Stack at CSG. Managing project deliverables, timelines, and telecom service solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Solution Delivery, Technical Project Management and Service Management of Telecom Networks Solution Stack
- Responsible for managing the project management and technical team
- Responsible for other PMs within the organization
- Accountable for delivering the project within the agreed budget, scope, and time
- Create and implement communication plans for different stakeholders
Requirements:
- Responsible for Solution Delivery, Technical Project Management and Service Management of Telecom Networks Solution Stack
- Provides leadership for deliveries that are complex and multiproduct
- Develop delivery strategy e2e for the implementation
- Guide and deliver a complex transformation project or workstream of a large program
- Responsible for managing the project management and technical team
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Ensuring SLA compliance
- Reporting to senior management
- Responsible for other PMs within the organization
- Creating and executing the program approach and plan
- Coordinating multiple projects and vendors
- Tracking KPIs and benefits
- Managing program integration and PI planning
- Creating or approving the project initiation documentation
- Managing risks, issues, quality, methods, facilitation
- Establishing project infrastructure and managing discussions
- Responsible for customer management and Solution / Service delivery to customers
