Job Description
Middle Project Manager leading and delivering IT projects at Kindgeek. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing Agile processes to ensure timely and quality project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close IT projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams adhere to agreed-upon processes
- Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements
- Create and maintain project documentation: project plans, risk registers, status reports, and meeting notes
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers
- Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate release planning
- Track project KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders
- Continuously improve team processes leveraging AI tools
- Participate in and manage pre-sale activities
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects
- Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Ability to read technical documentation and understand system diagrams
- Proficient user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Claude, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; practical experience running sprints
- Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Familiarity with the pre-sale process
- English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
