Job Description

Middle Project Manager leading and delivering IT projects at Kindgeek. Collaborating with stakeholders and managing Agile processes to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and close IT projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and quality
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure teams adhere to agreed-upon processes
  • Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements
  • Create and maintain project documentation: project plans, risk registers, status reports, and meeting notes
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and blockers
  • Manage dependencies across teams and coordinate release planning
  • Track project KPIs and communicate progress to stakeholders
  • Continuously improve team processes leveraging AI tools
  • Participate in and manage pre-sale activities
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software development projects
  • Technical understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Ability to read technical documentation and understand system diagrams
  • Proficient user of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT / Claude, GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies; practical experience running sprints
  • Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Familiarity with the pre-sale process
  • English proficiency — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
