Job Description
Project Manager overseeing high complexity projects at FHI 360. Leading cross-organizational initiatives for project management standards and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, lead and control projects efficiently and effectively.
- Acquire resources and coordinate the efforts of team members and external clients to deliver projects according to plan.
- Manage and define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the completion of the project(s) life cycle.
- Develop and maintain project management standards, tools, and SOPs.
- Identify risks and improvement opportunities and lead cross-functional efforts to streamline workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or its International Equivalent in Business, Knowledge/Information systems, Communications, Education, Environment, Health, Behavioral, Life/Social Sciences International Development, Human Development, Data/Analytics, or Related Field.
- Master’s degree or its international equivalent preferred.
- Project Management (PM) Certification preferred.
- Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience (including 3+ years of line management experience) with projects management principles and practices.
- Experience in multi-functional/matrix management and implementation.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation as well as strategic planning, capacity building and team management, including experience strengthening quality and performance in project delivery.
