Job Description
Project Manager overseeing art programs for hospitality and commercial spaces at Saatchi Art. Collaborating with teams to ensure project success in delivering high-quality art services.
Responsibilities:
- Creating, reviewing, and refining detailed specifications and deal sheets that set projects up for success
- Collaborating with framing partners, vendors, and factories, including negotiating contracts and pricing
- Managing projects end-to-end through every phase of design, production, and delivery
- Maintaining clear, consistent, and accurate reporting across all active projects
- Monitoring budgets and maintaining healthy profit margins
- Managing purchase requisitions, including quoting, vendor evaluation, and order processing
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in art consulting, interior design, project management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM systems, and project management tools
- Proven experience handling purchase requisitions, negotiating contracts, managing vendors, and driving process improvements
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and working with spreadsheets and data
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to proactively resolve issues and roadblocks—and the judgment to know when to escalate
- A confident, take-charge attitude paired with a collaborative, team-first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort wearing multiple hats—no task is too small or too big
