Job Description
Provider Ops Associate facilitating clinician onboarding and integration at Wheel Medical Group. Driving engagement and success in the first 90 days of practice.
Responsibilities:
- Seamlessly transition clinicians from the credentialing phase into their active onboarding and training workflows
- Guide clinicians through a structured 30/60/90-day success roadmap
- Constantly audit the onboarding funnel
- Monitor and report on clinician success metrics
- Act as the direct point of contact for clinicians in their first 3 months
Requirements:
- 3+ years of dedicated experience in Onboarding, or a high-level Operational role
- You have worked in a fast-paced startup environment
- Strong ability to pull insights from Airtable, Looker & Google sheets
- Sophisticated verbal and written skills; you are comfortable engaging with MD, DOs and NPs as a professional peer
