Job Description
Publisher Account Manager optimizing digital publisher revenue and relationships at Zeta Global. Collaborating with analytics to drive successful outcomes for publishers across platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to publishers, leveraging deep knowledge of digital media and programmatic advertising to drive results.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with publisher partners, ensuring their success on the Disqus and Zeta platforms.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, product, and analytics teams to deliver tailored solutions and optimize performance.
- Analyze yield, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights using advanced data tools.
- Advocate for publisher needs internally, sharing market feedback to inform product innovation.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow publisher revenue and engagement.
- Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, audience development, and monetization strategies.
- Deliver proactive account management, resolving issues swiftly and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Monitor performance metrics, report on KPIs, and recommend optimizations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and share best practices with clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years’ experience in digital media, programmatic advertising, or SaaS account management.
- Proven success in building and growing client relationships, ideally with publishers or ad networks.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities via email and video call.
- Consultative approach, with a passion for solving complex challenges and delivering value.
- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus.
