Job Description

Senior Chemical Sales Specialist managing customer relations and sales for Laboratory Chemicals Division. Responsible for driving market penetration and profitability while supporting channel partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent Laboratory Chemicals Division Brand portfolio to customers
  • Manage customer relations and growth opportunities
  • Assure market penetration and profitability
  • Conduct training sessions for less experienced colleagues
  • Develop and manage annual Territory Plan and quarterly business plans
  • Maintain effective customer relations in assigned territory
  • Build relationships with channel partners
  • Utilize analytics tools and CRMs to drive success

Requirements:

  • Field-based experience in commercial chemicals market
  • University degree, preferably in chemistry or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent inter-personal skills
  • Tenacity and determination to exceed targets
  • Good organizational skills with prioritization
  • Accountability and responsibility
  • Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus
