Job Description
Senior Chemical Sales Specialist managing customer relations and sales for Laboratory Chemicals Division. Responsible for driving market penetration and profitability while supporting channel partners.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Laboratory Chemicals Division Brand portfolio to customers
- Manage customer relations and growth opportunities
- Assure market penetration and profitability
- Conduct training sessions for less experienced colleagues
- Develop and manage annual Territory Plan and quarterly business plans
- Maintain effective customer relations in assigned territory
- Build relationships with channel partners
- Utilize analytics tools and CRMs to drive success
Requirements:
- Field-based experience in commercial chemicals market
- University degree, preferably in chemistry or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Tenacity and determination to exceed targets
- Good organizational skills with prioritization
- Accountability and responsibility
- Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus
