Job Description
Quality & Training Lead in insurance operations at Jerry.ai. Develop quality assurance programs and training initiatives for a successful sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and scale QA program
- Design and deliver training for new hires
- Own the insurance licensing process
- Analyze QA data to identify skill gaps
- Maintain internal knowledge base
- Collaborate with Legal and Compliance teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years in insurance operations
- Active P&C license (or willing to obtain)
- 2+ years of experience in training or quality auditing
- Ability to analyze audit data and create coaching plans
- Capacity to simplify complex regulations
