Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant l’activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Carnac. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Launch and grow your own property concierge business under the ALB brand
- Create and develop the concierge business in your local area
- Prospect for and secure management agreements with property owners
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental management business for villas, premium apartments, and unique accommodations
Requirements:
- Self-employed status
- Ability to persuade property owners and build trusting relationships
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another sector is welcome
- Motivation and determination to build a recurring income over the long term
- Willingness to work independently while benefiting from the support of a structured network
