Job Description
Entrepreneur indépendant développant l'activité de conciergerie immobilière ALB à Narbonne. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d'une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Create and develop your own property concierge services business in your area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to outsource the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Potentially build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop your own business under the ALB brand as an independent entrepreneur
Requirements:
- You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- You have a background in real estate, sales, or another industry
- Motivation and the desire to build a recurring income over the long term
- The autonomy of an independent entrepreneur, with the support of a structured network
- Independent contractor status
- Full training included
