Job Description
Entrepreneur immobilier lançant une conciergerie locative courte durée sous la marque ALB. Prospection de propriétaires, gestion de logements et construction d’une équipe locale.
Responsibilities:
- Create and grow your property concierge business in your area
- Prospect for and sign property owners who wish to delegate the management of their properties
- Build and manage a local team of cleaning and maintenance professionals
- Independently manage a portfolio of properties using ALB’s digital tools
- Optionally build a network of City Managers under your sponsorship
- Develop a short-term rental property management business under the ALB brand
Requirements:
- You know how to persuade property owners and build trust with them
- Experience in real estate, sales, or another industry is welcome
- Motivation and a desire to build a recurring long-term income
- Seeking autonomy with the support of a structured network
- Independent contractor status
