Job Description
Retención fija asesor for Claro Perú handling customer calls from home. Supporting customers with inquiries and solutions as part of the team.
Responsibilities:
- Recibir llamadas y brindar atención a clientes de Claro con servicio hogar, fidelizarlos, retenerlos y ofrecer soluciones a sus consultas o solicitudes mediante llamadas.
Requirements:
- Laptop o PC propia.
- Internet cableado de 50 Mbps como mínimo.
- Vivir actualmente en el Perú
- Actitud comercial, compromiso y muchas ganas de aprender.
