Job Description

Recruiter connecting talented professionals with dream job opportunities in IT. Collaborating with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies for various markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and attract top-notch candidates for a wide range of positions in IT and other domains.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure recruitment strategies align with the demands of various markets and industries.
  • Proactively manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing to offer negotiation.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings, coordinate interviews, and maintain communication throughout the process.
  • Leverage innovative sourcing techniques, such as social media, professional networks, and database mining, to find qualified candidates.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to hiring managers regarding the status of open roles.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of international recruitment experience , ideally with a focus on IT roles (South and North America, EU markets preferred).
  • Proven experience working closely with international hiring managers and clients , understanding their requirements, and delivering results.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills , including the ability to utilize platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A proactive and goal-oriented approach to recruitment, ensuring timely and high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
