Job Description
Corporate Development Recruiter role focusing on targeted deal sourcing for a technology services distributor. Engaging high-value prospects and collaborating with senior leadership for growth strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Build and continuously refine detailed market maps
- Research, identify, and develop creative strategies to engage prospective partners
- Maintain a disciplined, well-documented pipeline of opportunities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective partners and business owners
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Corporate Development and senior leadership
Requirements:
- Experience may come from corporate development, M&A sourcing, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong strategic mindset
- Sufficient financial acumen to discuss valuation concepts
- Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a lean, startup-like team
- Outgoing and relationship-oriented
