Job Description

Recruiter managing full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients in a newly established agency. Seeking a driven candidate to shape processes and grow with us.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and cultural fit.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy and proactive candidate pipeline.
  • Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skill and culture alignment.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries and insights.
  • Coordinate all interview stages and maintain communication between clients and candidates.
  • Negotiate compensation packages, contract terms, or agreements with candidates and clients when needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS.
  • Support process improvement initiatives as the agency grows.
  • Assist with light business development or market research when needed.

Requirements:

  • 2–4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience with contract or offer negotiation
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a startup environment
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.
