Job Description
Recruiter managing full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients in a newly established agency. Seeking a driven candidate to shape processes and grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: intake calls, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and cultural fit.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, referrals, and targeted outreach.
- Build and maintain a healthy and proactive candidate pipeline.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for skill and culture alignment.
- Present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries and insights.
- Coordinate all interview stages and maintain communication between clients and candidates.
- Negotiate compensation packages, contract terms, or agreements with candidates and clients when needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records in the ATS.
- Support process improvement initiatives as the agency grows.
- Assist with light business development or market research when needed.
Requirements:
- 2–4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
- Experience with contract or offer negotiation
- Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working remotely in a startup environment
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.
