Job Description

Recruiter responsible for attracting and hiring top talent. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with company values and requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, attract, and hire top talent for the organization
  • Proactively source candidates through various channels
  • Screen applications and conduct initial assessments
  • Manage interview processes and evaluate skills and fit

Requirements:
