Job Description
Recruiter responsible for attracting and hiring top talent. Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and ensuring alignment with company values and requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, attract, and hire top talent for the organization
- Proactively source candidates through various channels
- Screen applications and conduct initial assessments
- Manage interview processes and evaluate skills and fit
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Track and analyze hiring metrics to refine strategies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment software and tools
- Strong organizational abilities
- Understanding of labor market trends and competitive compensation
- Ability to manage and analyze hiring metrics
