Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator supporting hiring processes in a tech-enabled healthcare organization. Join the founding team to drive the transition to value-based care for the Latino community.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and organize Greenhouse (ATS) to ensure all candidate records, stages, and notes are accurate and current
- Review incoming resumes and route candidates to the appropriate roles and hiring teams
- Track and follow up on interview scorecards to ensure timely completion
- Monitor candidate pipelines and flag gaps or delays in the hiring process
- Support interview scheduling and coordination as needed
- Assist with basic reporting on recruiting activity and progress
- Communicate with internal team members to keep hiring processes running smoothly
- Provide general administrative support to the People team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or coursework in HR, business, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- General proficiency with the Google suite (docs, sheets, slides)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems (experience with Greenhouse is a plus but not required)
- Reliable, professional, and proactive.
