Job Description
Recrutador(a) Freelancer atuando em recrutamento e seleção para marketing e tecnologia. Foco em qualidade de entrega e agilidade com rigor.
Responsibilities:
- Profile alignment and understanding of the role
- Careful screening of resumes
- Active sourcing (LinkedIn and other sources)
- Conducting competency-based interviews
- Assessment of cultural and behavioral fit
- Organization of pipeline and process records
- Delivery of a qualified shortlist, on time
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Recruitment and Selection
- Experience recruiting for marketing and/or technology roles
- Strong ability to conduct interviews
- Clear, professional, and appropriately framed communication
- Organized with strict adherence to deadlines
- Ability to work autonomously and manage your own deliverables
- Willingness to follow Relou's methods, standards, and culture
