Job Description
Recruiting Coordinator supporting high-volume recruiting functions at Maleda Tech. Manages scheduling, candidate communication, and team collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews, including phone screens, video calls, and virtual onsite interviews
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication
- Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Track interview progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their interview status
- Support cross-functional recruiting efforts through collaboration and shared team goals
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts or issues and proactively resolve them
- Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all interviews and logistics run efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in coordination, recruiting support, or customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Professional, polished, and approachable communication style
- Experience supporting scheduling or coordination in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level candidates
