Job Description

Recruiting Coordinator supporting high-volume recruiting functions at Maleda Tech. Manages scheduling, candidate communication, and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule high-volume interviews, including phone screens, video calls, and virtual onsite interviews
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication
  • Manage complex calendars across multiple stakeholders and time zones
  • Track interview progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide timely updates to candidates regarding their interview status
  • Support cross-functional recruiting efforts through collaboration and shared team goals
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts or issues and proactively resolve them
  • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all interviews and logistics run efficiently

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1–2 years of experience in coordination, recruiting support, or customer-facing roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
  • Professional, polished, and approachable communication style
  • Experience supporting scheduling or coordination in a fast-paced environment preferred
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior-level candidates
