Job Description
Regional Maintenance Manager at Cushman & Wakefield Services overseeing maintenance operations for large distribution facilities. Focused on safety compliance, resource management, and performance monitoring.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Review long-term maintenance plans, budgets, and performance metrics
- Safety Compliance: Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Resource Management: Manage allocation of resources and procure necessary supplies
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs related to maintenance efficiency and safety performance
- Team Management: Provide leadership and support to the maintenance team
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as primary point of contact with Cushman & Wakefield Services and Amazon
Requirements:
- 7+ years of leadership experience
- Previous experience in maintenance management or a similar leadership role
- Strong commitment to safety
- 4-year degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, facilities management, or related discipline
- Additional certifications in maintenance management, safety management, or related areas are beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing or Industrial maintenance - conveyors and robotics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective organization and planning skills
