Job Description

Regional education sales manager driving student conversions and partner performance for KC Overseas in Sri Lanka. Managing channel partners, training agents, and executing regional marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end student lifecycle from application processing to final conversion across channel partner offices
  • Drive and achieve region-specific student conversion targets
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with channel partners
  • Negotiate commercial and operational terms
  • Provide onboarding and ongoing training to partner teams
  • Maintain partner engagement through communication, reviews, and field visits
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Ensure partner offices adhere to processes, documentation standards, and ethical practices
  • Resolve partner-level operational and quality issues
  • Guide and train agents to improve student application quality and volume
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing and process-training sessions
  • Liaise with Subject Matter Experts to provide current country, university, and process knowledge
  • Work with Head Office teams to identify regional challenges and provide operational, academic, and marketing support
  • Represent the region in Head Office discussions and planning
  • Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives
  • Support events, seminars, fairs, and partner-led marketing activities
  • Customize marketing strategies for regional market dynamics and partner needs
  • Travel extensively across key cities and towns in the assigned region
  • Drive regional business growth, partner engagement, and operational consistency

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business) is preferred
  • Total experience of 4–7 years
  • Minimum of 2+ years in the International Education sector
  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply domain knowledge
  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability in complex situations
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the assigned region
