Job Description

Regional Marketing Coordinator for Tutera Senior Living overseeing communities and developing marketing strategies. Requires travel and expertise in sales and marketing for senior living.

Responsibilities:

  • The Regional Marketing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing communities in the assigned region and reports to the Director of Marketing.
  • Conducting site visits, weekly and quarterly reporting.
  • Develop new processes, and work leads.

Requirements:

  • A fire and passion for working with seniors
  • A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
  • Must have a minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
  • Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
  • Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
  • Evidence of local referral network from which to develop referrals
  • Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
  • Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
  • Professional image in both appearance and behavior
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
