Job Description
Regional Sales Manager responsible for dealer and end-user relationships in Colorado and Wyoming with Nilfisk, improving sales and market share through effective strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with company’s dealers, dealer sales force, direct accounts and end users
- Achieve all annual sales and performance goals
- Report monthly itinerary and significant activity to the Division Sales Director
- Perform quarterly business reviews with dealers
- Manage dealer sales force and train effectively to sell Advance Commercial products
- Maintain dealer prospect list and coordinate sales calls
- Drive new project starts, increase market share and manage sales pipeline
- Conduct building surveys and product demonstrations
- Forge relationships with dealer partners in all market segments
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education
- A Minimum of 5 years sales experience in the sanitary supply industry or in a related industry is required
- Experience and accomplishments in dealer channel management and end-user sales/account management
- Strong work ethic and initiative related to problem solving
- Strong selling skills and end-user account management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in MC Office Suite applications, including Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook and Sales Force
- Effective time and territory management skills
- Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to perform gap analyses
- Willingness to travel overnight as required
- Capability to conduct product seminars and presentations
- Ability to successfully pass a physical including lifting, standing for prolonged periods, driving safely.
