Job Description

Regional Vice President of Operations responsible for multi-site PCS division. Leading operational efficiency, financial management, and team development for AbriCare's services.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership to multiple PCS locations, ensuring consistent implementation of best-in-class care delivery models.
  • Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness through the implementation of standardized workflows, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality, client-centered care and compliance with state/federal regulations and payer requirements.
  • Develop and manage divisional budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
  • Identify opportunities to improve margin and revenue through service line expansion, geographic growth, payer diversification, and cost optimization.
  • Monitor billing and reimbursement processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate local branch leadership and operational staff.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and mission-alignment.
  • Implement succession planning and leadership development across the division.
  • Champion initiatives that improve client satisfaction, caregiver retention, and service reliability.
  • Oversee resolution of escalated client or caregiver issues, ensuring a compassionate and timely response.
  • Ensure compliance with state-specific PCS regulations, licensing requirements, and internal quality standards.
  • Lead readiness for audits, inspections, and accreditation surveys.
  • Partner with Business Development teams to identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities.
  • Support the launch of new programs or service lines (e.g., specialized populations, private pay).
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners, payers, and community stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive operational leadership in home care, PCS, or healthcare services.
  • Multi-site management experience required; prior responsibility for a large geographic territory or multi-state region preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Medicaid waiver programs, HCBS regulations, and payer landscape.
