Job Description

Revenue Management Advisor guiding multifamily property operators using RealPage’s property management technology. Reviewing pricing, supporting adoption, coordinating projects, and reporting performance insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal RealPage staff
  • Review pricing recommendations with or on customers’ behalf to ensure adoption and satisfaction
  • Discuss pricing questions with site, regional, and asset managers
  • Consult with customers on Revenue Management operational questions, parameter reviews, and tuning
  • Articulate the Revenue Management value proposition and build credibility for its concepts and benefits
  • Run multiple projects and use Salesforce to track and update project steps
  • Communicate technical items to IT Tech or Support and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain working knowledge of integrations with each Property Management System
  • Identify ongoing learning opportunities to ensure full customer adoption
  • Prioritize system enhancement requests and coordinate follow-up with RealPage or customer product management
  • Provide business-user input and feedback to the RealPage Product group on solution features and functionality
  • Coordinate with RealPage teams to facilitate timely implementation and client success
  • Coordinate regular performance calls and report to management on financial results, Revenue Management adoption behavior, leasing velocity, and market conditions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related industry
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence others
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to change and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to travel up to 20% and work outside normal business hours at times depending on workload
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively assess and address risk
  • Analytical background and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or revenue management
  • Preferred: Familiarity with RealPage products or other property management software
