Job Description
Senior Living Advisor building referral networks and guiding Jacksonville families through senior care options. Representing Oasis Senior Advisors in purpose-driven senior placement services.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Oasis Senior Advisors in Jacksonville / NE Florida and nearby communities
- Make Oasis the top name in senior care navigation throughout Jacksonville and beyond
- Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, social workers, rehab centers, and elder law attorneys
- Guide families through senior care options with empathy, honesty, and a solutions-driven mindset
- Deliver a senior placement experience centered on trust, advocacy, and personalized care
- Develop business through sales and relationship-building activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business development or a similar sales/relationship-building position
- Ideally working in senior living, healthcare, care management, or related fields
- Networking experience
- Clear communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work independently in a flexible, field-based role
- Must work Monday through Friday, with some weekends as needed by clients
- Must reside in the Jacksonville metropolitan area
