Job Description
RFP Analyst responsible for end-to-end request for proposal processes at Fulton Bank. Utilizing project management skills to create compelling proposals for Treasury's services and products.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source RFP opportunities that are aligned with business growth goals
- Manage RFP activities from initial receipt through final submission, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
- Coordinate contributions from cross-functional teams (Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Implementation, Strategy, IT Security, Marketing etc.) to develop winning responses
- Transform complex information into persuasive written content, clearly articulating value proposition and differentiation
- Draft response deliverables, manage project workflows, and conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance
- Effectively handle a workload that includes multiple proposal assignments and other projects, consistently meeting deadlines
- Maintain deep knowledge of commercial banking products and services
- Format, proofread, and edit all proposed deliverables for accuracy, clarity, and a polished appearance with final oversight to be done by Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience
- 3 or more years commercial banking, financial services, and/or a related industry such as procurement/sourcing
- 3 or more years Request For Proposal (RFP) process management including a track record with complex RFPs
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines at the same time
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines
- Able to manage complex RPFs and proposals
- Proficiency in RFP management tools such as Loopio or Qvidian (Preferred)
