Job Description
Field-based Robotics Clinical Specialist supporting CORI robotic knee and hip procedures. Driving surgeon adoption, hospital training, and commercial growth across Chicago and Milwaukee territories.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the operating room expert for CORI robotic assisted knee and hip solutions, providing hands on case coverage for new and existing customers
- Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of CORI technology in partnership with Joint Reconstruction and Capital Sales teams
- Support product launches, competitive conversions, and strategic growth initiatives within the territory
- Train surgeons and hospital staff to achieve confidence and technical proficiency in live surgical environments
- Identify commercial opportunities, generate leads, and contribute directly to territory revenue performance
- Represent Smith+Nephew at labs, in services, and medical education events
Requirements:
- 2 or more years of experience in medical device sales or operating room based commercial roles
- Experience in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, robotics, or capital equipment strongly preferred
- A competitive, results driven mindset with the ability to influence in high pressure operating room environments
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with surgeons and key stakeholders
- Post secondary degree or equivalent commercial or clinical experience
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, including regular overnight travel
- Must successfully complete the credentialing process and comply with healthcare facility requirements, which can include established vaccine protocols
