Job Description
RPA Developer building automation solutions for a U.S.-based staffing company. Collaborating with teams to streamline business processes and improve efficiency through RPA tools.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate repetitive business tasks.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows for automation opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation of automated processes and workflows.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
- Work with business teams to identify areas where automation can increase productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of process automation, scripting, and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or other automation-related programming languages is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and deliver efficient automation solutions.
- Certification in UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere is preferred.
- Experience with OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and AI-based automation is preferred.
- Understanding of workflow automation for customer support, HR, or IT operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of database management and API-based automation is preferred.
