Job Description

Senior Sales Leader overseeing enterprise sales operations for SailPoint's Identity Security solutions. Leading a team and collaborating with partners to drive sales growth and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales professionals who sell to end users directly
  • Leverage the support of influential channel partners to sell the IGA Solution Suite
  • Evaluate and analyze the status quo within reporting structure
  • Work with Talent Acquisition to identify candidates for open requisitions
  • Develop a 12-month and 3-year plan for the business; adjusting People, Process, Cadence, and Structure accordingly

Requirements:

  • Successful track record of leading sales teams within high growth SaaS or Cyber-sec organisations
  • Experience leading sales during a transition from on-prem to SaaS
  • Ability to bring structure and rigour to the sales process
  • Ability to conduct pipeline and forecasting
