Job Description
Associate VP, Client Development focused on engaging clients in wealth management solutions. Collaborating with wealth advisors to enhance client experience and drive AUM growth.
Responsibilities:
- Driving growth through prospecting and winning new clients
- Building and managing a high-quality pipeline of affluent and high-net-worth prospects
- Owning the full sales cycle—from first meeting through signed agreement
- Positioning FPW’s planning-led, fiduciary value proposition in a competitive marketplace
- Partnering closely with advisors and specialists to deliver compelling, customized proposals
- Seamlessly transitioning clients to the advisory team post-close
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in financial services or a client-facing role
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong track record of achieving results and driving outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and build trust across diverse audiences
- Persuasive and confident in influencing decisions
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows
- Proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar platforms)
