Job Description

Remote Sales & Customer Service Representative supporting U.S. franchise operations. Handling inbound inquiries, converting leads, and managing customer relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inbound calls and web inquiries
  • Qualify potential customers and clearly explain available services
  • Convert inquiries into scheduled estimates or service appointments
  • Perform outbound calls to new leads and unsold estimates
  • Re-engage past customers for seasonal services
  • Promote recurring service programs and maintenance plans
  • Maintain organized client records in the CRM system
  • Address customer questions and concerns professionally

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or customer service roles handling customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
  • At least 2 years of experience handling both inbound customer calls and outbound follow-up calls in a professional environment.
  • Experience converting customer inquiries or leads into appointments, bookings, or sales while confidently handling objections.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM system to track leads, update pipeline stages, and manage customer interactions.
  • Experience recommending additional services, upselling products, or promoting recurring service programs or memberships.
