Job Description

Customer Service Agent responding to service requests from patients and providers at Sutter Health. Collaborating for continuous improvement in customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Receives incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, vendors and others
  • Responds to inquiries with accurate and timely information utilizing customer service and quality standards
  • Works as part of a team to support service delivery teams
  • Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with customers to enhance service and satisfaction
  • Helps foster an environment of continuous improvement in business processes and services
  • Adheres to local/state/federal regulations to ensure privacy and safety of information

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • 1 years experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, call center or related customer service experience
  • 1 years experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, electronic mail, and information systems or database programs
  • Knowledge of processes in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, Revenue Cycle Customer Billing
  • Written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and resolve standard problems
